Great value but could be just great.

This a great app for the money considering what else is available at this pricepoint and how expensive more featured software is.
I use this app with an ipevo webcam for traditional (paper) animation pencil tests. Out of the all the apps I used for this, iStopMo takes the clearest hi-res pictures, and overall is pretty easy to work with.

However, I think this app could be truly great with two changes:
1. Ability to easily create holds would be amazing. Instead of shooting the same frame multiple times, just drag a frame to hold it over multiple frames.
This is crucial when establishing your timing early on in your animation.

2. Please change the timeline UI. It’s really hard to work with when frames grow and shrink on rollover and when you turn it off you can’t see the thumbnails. Just a regular filmstrip with static thumbnails would be so much easier.
